Since the filing of the present petition, the Petitioner has returned to Bangkok.

2. Consequently, the main relief sought in the present petition that a counsel should be permitted to be present during her interrogation by the Officers of the Respondents, does not arise.

3. As regards the concern that an adjudication order should be passed within the statutory time prescribed, Mr. Sanjeev Narula, Advocate, who appears on advance notice on behalf of the Respondents, states that the Respondents will act in accordance with law.

4. No further orders are called for in this petition at this stage. All the

contentions of the Petitioner regarding her detention etc. are left open to be urged at the appropriate stage if the necessity so arises.
