% 04.08.2016 It is submitted that marriage of the petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 has been dissolved. Petitioner no. 1 has pronounced talaq. Petitioner nos. 2 to 7 are relatives of petitioner no. 1. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by ASI Data Ram, P.S. Seelam Pur. Respondent no. 2 admits this fact. Present FIR No. 75/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC was registered on the complaint of respondent no. 2 at Police Station Seelam Pur. Respondent no. 2 submits that settled amount has already been received by her. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the nature of disputes and the fact that petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 have parted ways, FIR No. 75/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Seelam Pur, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed in view of the settlement.
