% 30.05.2016 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the DCP, North-East District, GTB Enclave, Delhi, to inquire into his complaint dated 16.05.2016 in accordance with law and take necessary action, if so required.

Mr Lao, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the police, states that the complaint dated 16.05.2016 will be inquired into and necessary action, as warranted in accordance with law, will be taken under intimation to the petitioner.

Mr Lao further states that the beat constable of the concerned area shall be sensitized so as to allay any fear that the petitioner may have with regard to his safety and well being.

Directed accordingly.
