% 28.09.2018 The parties submit that the disputes between them have been settled. A photocopy of the settlement deed duly signed by the parties has been taken on record. Counsel for the parties submit that the original is required for their records. As per the settlement, the Petitioner is to pay a sum of Rs.47.5 lakhs to the Respondent on or before 10th October, 2018. The terms of the settlement have been perused. There is no impediment in recording the same.

The OMP is disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement agreement. The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. List on 23rd October, 2018 to confirm the receipt of the payment by the Petitioner to the Respondents.
