By way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR 21/16, Under Section 279-337-IPC, registered at PS Kanjhawala, Delhi.

The complainant is present in Court and submits that he is ready for settlement which means that he has not entered into any settlement with the petitioner so far.
