% 02.08.2018 Mr. Manish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has taken an objection on the maintainability of the writ petition as it involves disputed questions of fact. He states, appropriate shall be for the petitioners to approach the Special Court under Section 153 of the Electricity Act. He has referred to an order passed by this Court in W.P. (C) 5275/2018, Rakesh Kumar Goyal vs. Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. in support of his contention.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners state, they shall approach the Special Court against the impugned bill as challenged in this
