% 01.06.2018 Vide order dated 22nd December, 2015 of this Hon'ble Court this matter was transferred to the East District, Karkardooma Courts in view of Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act. 2015. Now, vide order dated 19.05.2018 this matter has been received back from the Court of Additional District Judge-4, East District, Karkardooma Courts on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction since the property in question falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District Court.

Registry to transmit the record of the suit to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District. Parties to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, on 6th July, 2018.
