% 06.07.2018 I.A. 8592/2018 Present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-defendant for release of funds lying deposited with this Court along with all interests accrued thereupon in the name of the plaintiff (50% share) and the defendant No.1 (50% share).

Issue notice.

Mr. Lalit Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the plaintiff. He states that he has no objection to the present application being allowed.

Consequently, Registry is directed to release the amount lying deposited with it along with accrued interest if any, in equal share to the plaintiff and defendant No.1 by way of account payee cheques. The cheques

shall be handed over to the counsel for parties against a receipt. For the purpose of handing over the cheques, list the matter before the Registrar General on 23rd July, 2018.

Accordingly, present application stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J JULY 06, 2018 js
