2. In that view of the matter, this matter is, accordingly, transferred to the court of the District Judge, (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

3. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, (New Delhi) Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 28th February, 2017.

4. The Registry is directed to inform learned counsel for both the parties about this order.
