O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 25/2016 This is a petition filed by the petitioner for summoning of the witness mentioned in para 11 of the petition. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has filed an application for summoning of the witness Ms.Maushami Das Gupta, Legal Department from M/s PVR Ltd. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to page 54 @ page 55 of the documents, which is an order dated 14th May, 2016 of the learned Arbitrator, wherein the learned Arbitrator has given his approval.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Let dasti summons be issued for appearance of a competent officer of the legal department of M/s PVR Ltd. having its registered office at Block-A, Fourth Floor building No.9, DLF Cyber City, Phase-III, Gurgaon-122002 before the learned Arbitrator on 9th July, 2016 at 11.00 AM at Niti Bagh Club, New Delhi, along with the relevant record. The summons shall be accompanied by the copy of the petition.

The petition is disposed of.
