% 04.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The claim as well as the amount awarded in the Award under challenge is less than Rs.1 crore. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Rohini (North-West), Rohini Courts. New Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 29th March, 2016.
