% 11.08.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 01.08.2017 passed by the Consulate General of India, Houston calling upon the petitioner to surrender the OCI Card and the lifelong Visa sticker as also the office order dated 02.08.2017 passed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division (which has been handed across by the respondent to the petitioner today in Court).
The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
