During the course of arguments, the petitioner agreed to be sent to the examination centre on the dates when he is to take exams in custody.

The date-sheet (Annexure A-5) reveals that the petitioner is to take exams on 7th, 10th , 17th, 22nd and 29th June, 2016. The exam is to commence at 2.00 p.m. Reporting time is 1.30 p.m. 3.
Necessary arrangements shall be made to take the petitioner in custody on the said dates to the Centre where he is to take exam well in time. After the exam is over on that day, the petitioner shall be BAIL APPLN. 1176/2016
brought back to jail.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
Copy of the order be sent to the Superintendent Jail for information and compliance.
