% 16.02.2017 In pursuance to the last order, the respondent-DDA furnished the break-up of the unearned increase demand of Rs.41,72,177/- to the petitioner.

Thereafter, the petitioner filed the objections with regard to the said demand.

Vide order dated 2nd February, 2017, the respondent-DDA rejected the petitioner's objections with regard to the demand of unearned increase as well as the misuse charges. Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the demand of unearned increase as well as misuse charges. However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the demand. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 16, 2017/KA
