% 02.11.2018 The learned counsel for the parties state that Justice D.K.Jain (Retd.) is now the sole arbitrator for the disputes between the parties. It is also agreed that this petition be treated as a petition under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the same may be filed before the learned arbitrator for appropriate adjudication. Let a copy of the petition be filed before the learned Arbitrator as a petition under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The interim order passed by this court dated 05.07.2018 shall continue to operate till it is modified, vacated or confirmed by the learned arbitrator pursuant to the proceedings under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
