This order is in continuation of the order dated 21.10.2016 when parties were able to negotiate a settlement and the appeal was disposed of. However, the case was adjourned for today only for counsel for the appellant to handover a draft for the agreed sum of Rs.8.00 lacs to the respondent in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

Today, counsel for the appellant hands over a Demand Draft bearing No.571933 dated 24.10.2016 for a sum of Rs.8.00 lacs drawn on Bank of Baroda, Patparganj, Delhi in favour of respondent, to the respondent through counsel, which has been duly received by him. 3.
