CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BADAR DURREZ AHMED HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR

O R D E R

% 25.10.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Without going into the controversy of whether the petitioner was given adequate opportunity of hearing or not by the one man commission, we are of the view that the ends of justice would be satisfied if the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the one man commission within a week. If that is done, the said commission would take the representation of the petitioner into consideration before finalisation of the report, in case the same has not been so finalised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

This order has been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master. BADAR DURREZ AHMED, J OCTOBER 25, 2016/ns ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J
