I am only partially satisfied with the report dated 11.11.2016 inasmuch as the report does not address the basic issue as to why at all DDA should contest the cases as regards those Wills which are not in the nature of transfer of a property by receiving the consideration. Be that as it may, since now recommendations have been issued in the report, this Court would not like to carry the issue further except observing that recommendations of the committee shall be strictly complied with by the DDA by issuing appropriate circulars positively within four weeks from today, if such circulars have already not been issued.
