The present revision petition is filed under section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the order dated 23.02.2018 passed in RC ARC 6315/2016 by the court of Ms. Tyagita Singh, SCJ-cum-RC, South, Saket Courts, Delhi.

Mr. Rajul Jain, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners stated that the dispute, subject matter of the present petition, has already been amicably settled between the parties and due to this reason, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
