% 17.08.2016 Petitioners are present in Court along with their counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 has married the petitioner no.1 of her own free will in Sanatan Dharam Mandir on 30th July, 2015. Petitioners are major. Apprehending danger to their lives from the respondent no.4, that is, father of the petitioner no.2, petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking police protection. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that since petitioner no.2 was missing from the house, therefore, an email was sent to the Commissioner of Police with a copy to the concerned Dy. Commissioner of Police. He further submits that now respondent no. 4 has come to know that

petitioner no.2 has married petitioner no.1 in a temple and he has no intention to cause any harm to the petitioners' lives. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that petitioners were not found at House No. 390/7, F Block, Ganga Vihar, Delhi, the address given in the petition.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that House No. 390/7, F- Block, Ganga Vihar, Delhi belongs to the father of petitioner no.1 and petitioners were in hiding. Now, petitioners are living at the said address. In view of the statement of respondent no.4, present petition has not been pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly.
