% 16.07.2018 Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, limits the relief in the present petition, to a direction to the respondent No.3, State Council of Education Research & Training (SCERT), to grant approval to the faculty list prepared by them, under Clause 7(16) for D.EL.ED Course, for the academic session 2018-19, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two days from today. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of SCERT states that they would do the needful, in accordance with law, after examining the faculty list, provided by the petitioner, within a period of ten working days from today, provided an authorized representative of the petitioner appears in their office on 23.07.2018 at 11.30 a.m. along with all the supporting documents. W.P.(C) 6812/2018

Ordered accordingly.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
