% 27.09.2016 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer, DRAT has now been appointed and that the appeal filed before DRAT would be pursued accordingly. He submits that the present petition is accordingly infructuous.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that on 02.06.2016 this Court had directed that DRT will not proceed with the hearing of the petition till the appeal is decided by the DRAT. The aforesaid order shall continue to apply till DRAT deems it appropriate to be modified.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
