CM(M) 583/2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that a decree under Order XII Rule 6 CPC has been passed in favour of the petitioner long back on 14th February, 2011. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an Execution petition under Order XXI Rule 11of CPC for the possession of the suit property against the Judgment Debtor, however, the said execution petition is lying before the concerned court and the proceedings are pending for the last 5 years and as such a direction be issued to the court below to decide the objections filed on behalf of 16 third party objectors in the execution petition moved by the petitioner expeditiously. In view of above, it is directed as follows:

(i) The court concerned is directed to dispose of the objections

filed by the objectors as expeditiously as possible and not later than six months from the date of receipt of this order. (ii) A copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
