It is to be noted that vide order dated 08 July, 2025, it had been noted as follows:

Learned counsel for the appellant has handed over a document issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, wherein, it is stated that respondent company, i.e., Rathi Ispat Ltd. already stands liquidated/dissolved. The said document containing the details of the respondent company, as issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, reads as under:
