1. No interim orders have been passed in this petition since May, 2016. Learned counsel for the Respondent is not agreeable to the appointment of an Arbitrator because according to them there are no arbitrable disputes between the parties.

2. The Petitioner shall take steps to have an Arbitrator appointed by invoking the arbitration clause by sending a notice to the Respondent and thereafter seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.

3. If an when an Arbitral Tribunal is appointed, it will be open for the Petitioner to seek interim reliefs before the Arbitral Tribunal in accordance with law.
