1. Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. CM APPL 26726/2016 (for modification) in WP (C) 5299/2016

2. Notice. Mr. Naveen Malhotra and Mr. Priyadarshi Manish, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of the Non-applicants/Petitioners.

3. The prayer in this application by the Respondent/DRI is that in the order dated 13th May 2016 the words 'Additional Director, DRI' may be substituted with the words 'Adjudicating Authority'. Mr. Satish Aggarwala,

learned counsel for the Applicant/DRI assures the Court that he will, within one week from today, inform in writing to learned counsel for the Petitioners the name and designation of the Adjudicating Authority.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 13th May 2016 is modified and the words 'Additional Director, DRI' occurring therein is substituted with the words 'Adjudicating Authority'. It is now directed that the Adjudicating Authority will pass an appropriate order in terms of the said order not later than four weeks from today.
