Learned counsel for the petitioner states that closure report in case FIR No.171/2013 under Sections 364/506 IPC at PS Taalgaon, Distt.Sitapur has been filed and it is a part of record. It is the defence of the petitioner.

This closure report and its impact shall be considered by the Trial Court at the time of final disposal of the case on merits. 3.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
