The petitioner had moved such a representation, which, the learned counsel for the respondents contends, has been disposed of by order dated 16.05.2016. A copy of the order has been produced. A copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty file a petition impugning the order dated 16.05.2016.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
