O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.4,25,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the MACT payable by the Insurer to the claimant.

The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimant through the DHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be payable.

Out of the amount so settled, a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- be kept in the FDR for a period of three years. The appellant shall be at liberty to move to the Ld. P.O. MACT for release of the amount in case the surgery is advised. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
