% 07.01.2019 During the course of submissions that have been made on behalf of either side it is brought forth that vide an order of the learned Rent Controller, an amended petition has already been allowed to be filed in Eviction Petition 76/2010 and a submission has been sought to be made on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3 stated to be arrayed as respondents to the Eviction Petition 76/2010 that a de novo trial has to be commenced, it having inter alia been submitted on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3 to the effect that the present petition assailing the impugned order dated 16.05.2018 vide which the petitioner's right to adduce evidence has been closed, has become infructuous. Copy of the said order be placed on record by the petitioner before proceeding further.
