% 15.12.2016 The parties have settled the matter vide settlement agreement dated 03.08.2016 which was executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the settlement agreement, the respondent have already received a sum of Rs.22,96,165/-. The only issue which survives is that the petitioner has to handover the TDS certificate to the respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that needful will be done in view of the above.

Nothing further survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of leaving the parties to be bound by the settlement. JAYANT NATH, J DECEMBER 15, 2016/rb
