% 24.03.2017 Present execution petition has been listed today by the Registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has approved by the Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. Ld. counsel for Decree Holder has admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs. 1 crore, therefore, the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned District Courts. In view of the same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of Ld. District & Sessions Judge, (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, for 9th May, 2017 at 10:00 AM.

Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
