% 18.08.2017 W.P.(C) 5271/2016 & CM No.21948/2016 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also seeks to challenge the Minutes of Heritage Conservation Committee dated 02.02.2017, which meeting was held during the W.P.(C) 5271/2016

pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of seeking an amendment to the petition, since, substantial amendments would have to be carried out, in view of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 02.02.2017 and the subsequent decisions taken, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a comprehensive petition, inter alia, raising the issues already raised in this petition as also to impugn Minutes of the meeting dated 02.02.2017 and the subsequent decisions taken by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
