M.A. 666/2019 (by R-2 for additional documents) The list between the parties has been settled amicably by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 08.02.2019, courtesy, the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The learned counsel for the parties state that in view of the above, no lis remains between the parties and the impugned order has become redundant. The parties undertake to abide by the terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. Their undertakings are accepted. In view of the same, the impugned orders are set aside and this petition is disposed off in the above terms.
