Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that one of the suit properties is situated at Pooth Khurd which falls under the jurisdiction of District North, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North), Rohini, Delhi on 13.05.2016.
