% 22.09.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 27th July, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1", which has been signed by the parties and the Mediator. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of "Mark C-1". Suit is disposed of in terms of "Mark C-1". Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and a necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued to the plaintiff by the Registry. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
