Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application under Order XV-A read with Section 151 CPC dated 23rd April, 2014 before the learned ADJ, which was the first appellate court and since then the said application for release of the amount is pending disposal. It is submitted that the petitioner had undergone a by-pass surgery and therefore, he is badly in need of the money and prays that directions for disposing of the application before the trial court be passed. 2.

In view of above, it is directed as follows:

(i) The application dated 23rd April, 2014 moved by the petitioner under Order XV-A read with Section 151 CPC shall be decided by the court concerned as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of this order.

(ii) A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
