% 09.07.2018 IA 8697/2018 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 147/2018 These petitions have been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking extension of time for making of the Award.

Counsel for the respondents who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondents have no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended.

In view of the above, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of four months, with effect from 30th June, 2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
