O R D E R

% 28.02.2017 IA No. 2582/2017 1 This is an application jointly filed by the parties under Section 151 CPC supported by the affidavit of the Petitioner on the one hand and the affidavit of the authorized representative of the Respondent on the other placing on record the settlement arrived at between them and modification of the orders dated 2nd June 2016 and 10th November 2016 passed by this Court.

2. The settlement shall be read as forming part of the present order. The undertaking in the settlement furnished by the parties who are present in Court and are identified by their respective counsel is taken on record. They are bound by the undertaking.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the interim orders passed by this Court on 2nd June 2016 and 10th November 2016 are hereby vacated.

4. The application is disposed of.
