CRL.M.A. 8860/2019 in CRL.L.P. 551/2014 and CRL.M.A. 8852/2019 in CRL.L.P. 552/2014 These applications seek rectification in the judgment dated 30.01.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid judgment, erroneously it is has been mentioned that an affidavit of compliance shall be filed by the applicant/petitioner instead of by the respondents. Furthermore, the relevant respondents have been mentioned as 3 and 4 instead of 2 and 3.

The order stands modified accordingly.

The applications stand disposed-off in terms of the above. CRL.L.P. 551/2014 (disposed-off) and CRL.M.A. 33875/2019 in CRL.L.P. 552/2014 Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for GNCTD, has handed over a set of photographs taken recently in terms of this Court's order dated 23.10.2019.

Let a Status Report, alongwith fresh photographs in this regard be filed.

Should they so desire, the learned Court Commissioners alongwith Mr. Gautam Narayan, ASC for GNCTD, Mr. Ajay Arora, Standing Counsel for North Delhi Municipal Corporation and Mr. Kirtiman Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India, may visit the place to assess the health of the trees and file an affidavit in this regard. The DCF concerned shall make due arrangements in this regard and file an affidavit. None appears for respondent nos. 2 & 3.

Issue Court Notice (without process fee) to the counsel for the said

respondents, returnable on the next date.
