the parties, the FIR Nos.454/2012 & 456/2012, both registered at Police Station Shakarpur, District East, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the respective petitioners. Since the State machinery has been used for more than 10 years, while quashing the FIR, I impose the cost of Rs.1 0,000/- each upon the petitioners namely Prince Jain, Atul Jain, Ankit Jain and Amit @ Vijay Dixit in Crl.M.C. No.l444/2015, which shall be deposited by them with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee and cost of Rs.2,000/- each upon the petitioners namely Rajesh Singh Jaiswal, Gayatri, Ishan and ·, Yuwan in Crl.M.C. No.1433/2015, which shall deposited by them with Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund within four weeks from today.

The original receipts of depositing the cost shall be filed by the petitioners in the Registry within six weeks and a copy thereof be also handed over to the IO. In case the receipts are not filed by the petitioners within the stipulated period, the matter shall be listed before Court for further directions. The petitions are accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
