CM. No. 20805/2018 This application has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition in view of the settlement dated March 14, 2018 and order dated May 2, 2018. In terms of the settlement / order, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 has handed over the six cheques total amounting to Rs.16,00,000/- today in the Court to the counsel for the petitioners, the details of which are as under:

3. Cheque No.869842 of `80,000/- dated May 11, 2018 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Swasthya Vihar, New Delhi-110092 in favour of Pooja.
4. Cheque No.869839 of `3,20,000/- dated May 1, 2018 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Swasthya Vihar, New Delhi-110092 in favour of Rajvati.
5. Cheque No.869840 of `80,000/- dated May 1, 2018 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Swasthya Vihar, New Delhi-110092 in favour of Pooja.
6. Cheque No.869841 of `3,20,000/- dated May 11, 2018 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Swasthya Vihar, New Delhi-110092 in favour of Rajvati.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has accepted the cheques and states he be permitted to withdraw the petition. Ordered accordingly. The application stands disposed of.
