% 12.02.2018 Fixation of petitioners' salary in a particular grade pay is sought in this petition.

At the outset, counsel for petitioners submits that the relief sought in this petition is covered by decision of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 717/2015, Government of NCT of Delhi & ors. Vs. Kamal Kant Sharma & Ors.

Since it is not in dispute that this petition is to be disposed of in terms of decision in Kamal Kant Sharma (supra), therefore, the third respondent is directed to fix salary of petitioners in the relevant grade pay in terms of decision in Kamal Kant Sharma (supra).
