% 09.07.2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') seeking extension of time for making of the Award. Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that though he does not admit any of the allegations made against the respondent, it cannot be denied that the time for making of the Award is to be extended.

In view of the above, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months, with effect from 10th June, 2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. NAVIN CHAWLA, J JULY 09, 2018 RN
