This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.11.2019 but subject to the appellants paying mesne profits in terms of the judgment of the trial court dated 7.5.2018 and the subsequent judgment of mesne profits dated 27.11.2018. Arrears if any will be cleared within a period of one month from today and future charges month by month will be paid by 15th of each month. 2.

Let the Authorised Representative of the appellant no. 1 file in this Court an affidavit of undertaking in terms of the present order and in which undertaking appellants will undertake to clear all charges towards electricity, water, etc. as payable for the suit premises till the RFA 530/2018

time appellants remain in possession of the suit property, within a period of four weeks from today and on the appellants filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same the appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.11.2019. 3.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
