Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petition has become infructuous since the petitioner/ tenant has already vacated the subject property and handed over the possession thereof to the respondent no.1 on 04.01.2025, which has also been recorded in the order dated 31.01.2025, passed by the learned Additional Rent Controller, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Execution No.3056/2024.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
