By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for quashing of externment order dated 23rd May, 2016 passed by learned Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West District, New Delhi.

Since the order of externment is appealable, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy by filing appeal.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed.
