CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA
O R D E R
% 24.01.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] RC.REV. 350/2018 1.
By way of detailed order dated 30.07.2018, the predecessor bench held that there is no infirmity in the impugned order and issued limited notice to respondent on the submissions of the petitioner/tenant for extension of time to vacate. Apparently, the said order was challenged before the Supreme Court and was upheld vide order dated 19.01.2019. But thereafter, for one or the other reason the matter kept getting adjourned and none has been appearing on behalf of either side for past five dates. In the meanwhile, vide order dated 12.03.2019, the predecessor bench directed "interim orders to continue" though there were no interim orders. 2.
Be that as it may, since today is the sixth date when none has appeared, the present review petition is dismissed in default.
