The last appearance on behalf of the Appellant was on 13.10.2009 and thereafter, on three consecutive dates there is no appearance on behalf of the Appellant. It is reported that the Jhuggi where he was residing has already been demolished in the year 2007-08 itself.

In such circumstances, the appeal, apparently, has become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed off.
