O R D E R

After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the respondents will pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.35,00,000/- in full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant in the subject litigation. This amount of Rs.35,00,000/- will be paid within a period of three months from today. It is, however, made clear that in case this amount of Rs.35,00,000/- is not paid by the respondents to the appellant within a period of three months from today then the respondents will be liable to refund to the appellant a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from 3.5.2007 till the date of payment.

Counsel for the appellant will give to the counsel for the respondents the bank account details of the appellant, within a period of one week from today, so that the amount which is payable in terms of today's order will be directly credited to the bank account of the appellant.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.

All pending applications also accordingly stand disposed of.
